What are the options available to amend or cancel my booking due to the Coronavirus?

No re-booking fees will apply to allow for more.
We will waiver any fees when re-booking tickets for all our destinations making it easier to amend your travel plans as it suits you, if your circumstances change.

This applies to all of our routes. and is valid for new bookings up until 30.04.2020. When you make changes to the date or the time of your booking, it may result in a different price being offered, but there is no fee for making changes. any charges incurred for the new departure must be paid in full as per Terms & Conditions.

Customers who wish to cancel their booking, it may be possible to get a refund but this depends on the Terms & Conditions. of the fare type booked.
