What if my sailing is cancelled or delayed?


We will always try to advise passengers travelling with Stena Line of any delay or cancellation in advance. If there are delays, we will assist in any way we can and keep you up-to-date with what is happening, but we cannot accept liability for any costs incurred or any inconvenience that may be caused if the delay is due to bad weather.
